Intro to Defensive Pistol

Service Description

For those who already have basic proficiency with a handgun, this course addresses the defensive mindset necessary to employ a handgun for self-defense. Situational awareness, presentation from holster, review of conceal carry equipment, reloads and malfunctions are areas we will focus. If you want to carry a firearm for self-defense, this is a must take course. You will not only learn how to present from holster properly, but you will learn how your gear works & if it is the right gear for you! This is a great step between basic pistol proficiency and our Defensive Pistol Workshop series. This course will enable you to create a training regimen that can be practiced on your own time! Some people say "practice makes perfect". Practice makes permanent, Proper Practice makes Perfect! You will need a minimum of 50 rounds of ammunition as much of our time is spent in dry fire mode to create proper technique. Please bring all your gear necessary to practice with your gear including but not limited to: Holster, mag carrier recommended but not required, eye & ear protection, closed toe shoes.

Cancellation Policy

There must be 4 or more signed up for the class in order for the class to occur if there are not enough signed up the class will be canceled or rescheduled. If canceled you will receive a refund, if rescheduled you will be pushed over to that date, if you are unable to attend the next class you will be refunded. You may cancel your seat for the class up to, two days before the class. If you are a no show you forfeit your seat and will not receive a refund.
